The SF Service Guide works to educate and equip low-income individuals, families, and their advocates with the information and tools to navigate the social services system in San Francisco.
Our goal is to create a simple to use platform where the biggest questions social workers and their clients have about the social services system are answered in one place.
To understand how best to improve the Guide for you, we invite any user to a 60 minute interview with one of our user researchers so we can learn more about you and your needs. You'll be compensated for your time with a gift card.
